About OASIS+

The OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus) contract, managed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), is a Best-in-Class (BIC) vehicle designed to modernize and streamline the procurement of non-IT professional services across the federal government. It replaces and consolidates legacy contracts like OASIS, HCaTS, and BMO into a single, flexible solution.

OASIS+ was developed to simplify access to complex professional services while expanding opportunities for small businesses. With no program ceiling, a 10-year ordering period, and continuous open on-ramping, OASIS+ is intended to be dynamic and inclusive. The Total Small Business (TSB) pool focuses explicitly on enabling small firms to compete on a level playing field for large, complex federal requirements.
