Requirements

  • The construction contractor shall provide all necessary construction services, equipment, materials, and personnel as required to adequately construct the project as per the A/E firm’s contract drawings, specifications and technical reports for the project. All materials and workmanship shall meet or exceed the latest edition of the International Building Code. Upon acceptance of the work by the Government, the Contractor will provide a One (1) year warranty on all materials and workmanship furnished in the installation of the building. The scope of this project is to renovate the existing Building 10 (53,000 GSF) into a modern and fully accessible multi-story space to consolidate Community Living Center and rehabilitative functions, located at the Doris Miller Veterans Medical Center at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco TX 76701.
