Vehicle Lease Federal Activities Guam

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Marianas is soliciting proposals under a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside for commercial vehicle lease services supporting Department of Defense and Federal activities in Guam.

Solicitation Description

See attached Solicitation N40192-25-R9003.

This acquisition is being solicited as a competitive Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside procurement. This is a follow-on acquisition for Vehicle Lease services for various Department of Defense and Federal activities in Guam that are currently being satisfied under Contract N40192-20-D-9005.

This requirement is to support clients that have been authorized and approved for commercial vehicle lease by the NAVFAC Marianas Transportation – Base Support Vehicle and Equipment Department and the Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz Transportation Office.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment, transportation and management necessary for the delivery of the lease vehicles, with limited mileage in accordance with Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement, for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal activities in Guam.

**UPDATE 4/10/2025** The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to amend the title to the RFP, amend Block 10, amend CLIN 0001 and issue RFI Notice-01.
