Utility Energy Service Requirements

  • This UESC will include 2 MW of floating solar panel installation, lighting LED upgrades, HVAC efficiency upgrades, retrocommissioning, and water conservation through utilization of on-site non-potable water as Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) at the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Miami. Additional ECMs may be considered as needed to ensure the economic viability of the project.
