USCG Court Room Construction Requirements

Provide construction services, for the interior renovation of the existing auditorium, dining hall and kitchen and build out a functioning courtroom and provisions for a judge’s chambers, jury room, prosecution and defense rooms, as well as several other rooms for other personnel and a break room/supply room, CER room (IT equipment). Provide all spaces according to the requirements outlined in the Contract Documents. Work shall include all necessary demolition and new construction of interior architectural elements and finishes, cabling, physical security, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, fire protection, fire alarm and another associated design and construction requirements necessary to render the space complete and usable by the client.
