  • Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, test pitting etc. required to upgrade the indicated portions of the existing steam and condensate distribution piping at the VAMC Perry Point campus that are failing and in need of repair and/or replacement to maximize condensate return percentage from the eastern side of campus to the boiler plant the maximum extent economical, and to repair numerous deficiencies in the existing distribution system.
