This system will leverage a modular approach utilizing micro applications to enhance flexibility, scalability, and integration. HRSMA will support comprehensive HR lifecycle management, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, career progression, and attrition. Development will be guided by agency priorities and employ the Agile framework methodology to ensure adaptability and responsiveness. Key technologies will include React, API Gateways, AWS Lambda with Node.js, DynamoDB, Glacier, Jenkins, and Vault, with provisions to incorporate advancements in artificial intelligence and process automation while adhering to government risk frameworks and policies.
