Background

Solicitation Requirements

  • The principle components of work include the following:
    • Construct shear keys at North Valley Section (NVS) and Slope Wash (SW)165.
    • Construct berms at each of three separate locations along the dam: SW165, NVS, and South Valley
    • Section (SVS).
    • Develop Basalt Hill Quarry, Borrow Area 14, Borrow Area 12, and Borrow Area 6 to provide
    • materials for use as part of this contract.
    • Provide infrastructure as required for transporting materials.
    • Constructing shear key and downstream stability berms
    • Maintaining Government Field Office and Government Laboratory Facility, each complete with
    • utilities.

    Installation and monitoring of environmental mitigation measures and protection of species
