Background

This effort is to procure/acquire ServiceNow licenses for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for CMS requirements for the next five years. This effort will continue the acquisition of ServiceNow licenses that are provided under the current ELA for ServiceNow. CMS envisions that a multiple-year, fixed price per unit based contract that will be established between the agency and a contractor through which these needs will be met and exceeded over the course of time. The contractor must be capable of providing all ServiceNow products, and additional quantities of the products listed in Attachment C along with any new ServiceNow products. The contractor must deliver the ServiceNow software maintenance listed in Attachment C for the periods specified in the order.
