Requirements

  • The contractor shall provide Residential Reentry Center (RRC) services (in-house RRC beds) and Home Confinement services (home confinement placements) for male and female Federal offenders held under the authority of United States Statutes Located in the geographical area of the city limits of Spanish Fort, Alabama
  • Home Confinement services cannot exceed 150 driving mile radius of the RRC Facility
  • The requirement is anticipated to be for an estimated maximum of 60 In-House beds (50 male, 10 female), and 30 Home Confinement placements
  • The ability to accept sex offenders inhouse is required
