  • The work consists of demolition and removal of the existing roof; including placing cast in-place concrete, precast concrete roof fill; installing post installed concrete anchors, cold-formed metal framing, structural steel, roof and deck insulation, metal wall panels; construction of modified bituminous membrane roofing, PMMA fluid-applied roofing, and standing seam metal roofing system; installation of flashing and sheet metal, sealants, steel doors and frames, hardware, metal wall louvers, plumbing, lightning protection system; and other work incidental thereto.
