Requirements

  • Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials to perform the replacement and/or upgrade twelve (12) elevators in the occupied hospital Building 15, 47, and 62 at the Asheville VA Medical Center.
  • There are two (2) hydraulic elevators (one 4-stop, one 3-stop), five (5) traction elevators (6-stop each) and three (3) hydraulic elevators (3-stop each), and two (2) hydraulic elevators (3-stop each).
  • All work shall be done in accordance with the Construction Drawings and specifications.
