Requirements

  • The contractor shall furnish all necessary parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for providing construction services in accordance with all applicable codes, regulations, standards and criteria. The general scope of work includes performing complete renovations of B700 with supporting system functions in B709 to the extent that they support B700 including replacing all mechanical system, plumbing system, electrical system, selective demolition and replacement of architectural components such as partitions, finishes, ceilings, fixtures, roof replacement, site improvements, fire detection and fire alarm replacement, and installation of new lightning protection system.
