Requirements

  • The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing systems and structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the scope of work required by drawings and specifications. Work packages include but are not limited to:
  • 1. A new ~5,600 GSF, 2-story connector building connecting buildings 644, 645, 646, and 650 with associated site improvements incorporating seating areas and new grading, hard and soft landscaping. All necessary demolition needed to prepare the adjacent buildings to receive the new work.
  • 2. A new passageway connecting buildings 642 and 650. All necessary demolition needed to prepare the adjacent buildings to receive the new work.
  • 3. An interior remodel of the existing primary care unit in the westerly ~17,500 GSF of building 650 into two adjacent patient aligned care team (PACT) modules.
  • 4. All necessary demolition needed to prepare the building to receive the new work. Modifications and expansion to associated civil, landscape/irrigation, structural, fire alarm, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, and security systems. All necessary demolition needed to prepare the systems to receive the new work.
