Requirements

  • Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to complete the renovation of the existing Main Campus Hospital 6th floor into a 16-bed unit short stay CLC that supports skilled post-acute care of patients with severe medical issues and rehabilitative services. No sitework will be required.
  • The work includes but not limited to the replacement of the exterior windows on only the 6th floor; demolition and replacement of mechanical system; removal and modification of existing plumbing system; removal and modification of existing electrical system; temporarily removal and modification of existing communication system; asbestos mitigation, as needed; and lead abatement, as needed. Contractor shall ensure limited access to the floor during construction.
