  • The Contractor must provide, without any interruption or break in service, the operation, maintenance, update, and support of the PDARS. The Contractor must also provide engineering, technical, and analytical support of FAA programs involving monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and improving the NAS. This support includes specialized subject-matter-expert support to provide expertise in the use of the PDARS toolset (see Table 1) and the use of PDARS data to support program projects
