Requirements

  • The civil scope will consist of clearing and grading of the property adjacent to the Veterans Resource Center.
  • New paving will be installed to provide the new parking lot area.
  • Footings for exterior lighting will also be installed.
  • Storm sewer lines will be adjusted and/or relocated as required to accommodate the new configuration.
  • Security fencing will be provided along the parking lot perimeter, and will include motorized access gates, lights, and security cameras.
  • Main access route will be provided to connect the Veterans Resource Center campus with the new parking lot.
  • Parking lot finishes will include pavement striping and installation of bus shelters within the fenced perimeter.
