  • The contractor shall provide Construction services to renovate the orthopedics department at the VA Medical Center, Togus Campus at 1 VA Center, Augusta, ME 04330. In general, work shall include all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to perform the required mechanical, electrical, and programmatic work. All employees of general contractor and subcontractors shall comply with VA security management program and obtain permission of the VA police, be identified by project and employer, and restricted from unauthorized access.
