Requirements

  • Provide existing (systems/applications defined below) and emerging OSDMIS projects with design, development, and ongoing maintenance and support services for automation tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Angular. This includes providing OSDMIS projects with all necessary software configuration, customization, administration, operation, and maintenance (O&M), help desk services, development and performance monitoring in support of these automation tools.
  • Acquire and employ Agile Software Development techniques to rapidly deliver software development support, enhancement of existing features, project management support, requirements gathering, design and prototyping, application development, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and application changes for corrective, adaptive and perfective changes.
  • Comply with all ICE charters, policies, procedures and plans, processes, manuals, models, and guides.
  • Deliver viable, automation-based solutions and professional services in support of HSI’s strategic mission and objectives and will comply with the latest version of all Federal, DHS and ICE technology standards and architecture policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Comply with any enhancements made to the ICE IT environment during the period of performance.
