Background

The C4ITSC is comprised of the following three (3) partner Centers of Excellence (COEs):

  • Operations Systems Center (OSC): Responsible for providing hosting and full life cycle support for operationally focused USCG EIS and critical infrastructure services and components.
  • Telecommunications Information Systems Command (TISCOM): Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure services (including networks, desktop images, embedded devices, etc.) utilized across the Coast Guard, including the cutter fleet.
  • Command, Control and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN): Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining IT Command and Control capabilities and services, including IT systems and electronics.

A primary mission of the C4ITSC is to unify the Coast Guard’s information technology support structure and business practices into a single mission support model.

Requirements

  • The US Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5ISC) develops, deploys, maintains, operates, and provides user support for 30+ USCG Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and numerous applications in order to improve mission effectiveness.
  • Agile development and full lifecycle support of modernized and legacy systems & applications (preventative, corrective, and adaptive maintenance) for all current and future USCG EIS developed and maintained by the C5ISC.
