Requirements

The Offeror shall provide 60 wireless devices (at the time of Award) with domestic and international mobile wireless services with the following additional features:

  • Domestic service w/unlimited Voice & Text
  • Domestic and International Tethering at a Flat Fee
  • International Text Service at a Flat Fee
  • Unlimited International and Roaming Data at a Flat Fee
  • International Voice at a Fixed Rate per Minute

Regarding the wireless device, it must be compatible with a tool called, “Company Portal” and eligible for enrollment in Apple Business Manager (ABM) to comply with the Navy’s policy of having all mobile devices under management. Company Portal is an Apple product that works with ABM and InTune to ensure full functionality of the full suite of Flank Speed capabilities. Every Navy End Point device has the “Company Portal” software on it to provide compliance with Navy electronic policy orchestration (ePO) and enforce Intune and ABM ePO.
