Nutrition And Food Service Requirements

  • Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, interior structural and non-structural metal framing, gypsum board partitions, interior finishes, case work, sprinklers, fire alarm, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical work, and total replacement of all walk-in commercial refrigeration equipment.
  • The Contractor shall replace, or upgrade floors, ceilings, lighting, electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, Fire protection and life/safety systems, room finishes, doors and hardware. This equipment is required to be replaced to enhance the food preparation process in more hygienic way.
  • The fire suppression system is required to be modernized to maintain safe environment during meal preparation.
