Requirements

The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, tools, materials, plans, and transportation necessary to remove and replace the operating components of both the northside and southside hangar doors at Building 110 that have been identified as worn beyond limits. All operating components of both hangar doors are located above ceiling (approx. 50’). Some components of the operating system can weight up to +200 lbs and will require proper aerial lifting equipment for removal/replacement. There are several access doors located throughout the ceiling that will allow for part removal/replacement execution. Only one door should be disabled at a time to allow for continued operational use for aircraft maintenance.
