Requirements

  • The intent of this project is to provide contractor services necessary for a Construction Project to provide labor, materials, construction equipment, technical skills, and transportation necessary to perform work for project: New Police Station, as shown on drawings and specification and all other documents provided as part of the bid package. The Contractor shall provide all necessary due diligences work including site survey to verify as -built conditions for this project at the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System – West LA Campus in accordance with items herein specified. The project consists of building a 17,476 SF Police Station, building 216. The New police Station total building area will be 23,000 Square feet and 5,000 square feet over the target area.
