  • The project’s general scope of work is to furnish all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, supervision, and all other necessary resources to accomplish the following work: This project will renovate existing patient rooms, specialty procedure rooms, staff areas such as nurse’s station, storage rooms, and locker rooms among others. In addition, this project will also upgrade physical security systems, replace the current Air Handler Unit, and recommission all existing air terminals. Work is scheduled to be performed during the normal daytime business hours of the medical center excluding federal holidays.
