  • The scope of the work includes include construction operations to prepare a site for installation of high-tech high cost medical equipment as well as various building service equipment. Site preparation construction to be in close adherence with equipment manufacturer’s installation specifications, shop drawings and instructions. Design documents may be provided from a registered Architect/Engineer, or by VA Engineering Staff depending on work complexity. Work to include administration and coordination with the various disciplines and stakeholders involved to include at a minimum, the using department, equipment vendor, Engineering/Facilities Management and Biomedical Engineering.
