Requirements

The objective of this PWS is to provide a variety of IT-related services that include, but are not limited to personal computer (PC) and server services, telephone, desktop and cabling installation, general operation and maintenance activities associated with PC and digital/VoIP telephone and radio systems, VSAT maintenance, HF, and desktop type radio installation, including infrastructure and maintenance, general logistics, general administration, general management, and project management.

The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform the specific tasks needed to maintain and update the Department’s IT systems. The support needed is for both short- and long-term duration as the mission changes and shall be funded incrementally based on mission needs.

Specific tasking will be coordinated between the Program Manager (PM) and U.S. Direct Hire (USDH) Supervisor or his/her representative or designated COR. Because of Iraq’s unique mission requirements, other temporary or short-term requests may be made of contracted personnel under “other duties as required” that are beyond the scope of the position description. These additional tasks will not represent a significant portion of time but will be required as needed. If the additional tasks represent a significant adjustment to the position description, the COR will coordinate with the PM to develop a new and more accurate position description for submission through the CO. However, the Contractor shall perform the additional duties during the adjustment of the position description.

The current staffing pattern for this requirement is a combination of approximately 38 Secret and Top Secret cleared personnel.
