Labor Agreement For Construction Requirements

The Contractor shall:

  • Provide construction that may include, but is not limited to: modification of existing fuel system to support bidirectional fuel flow and the construction of a new fuel pump house and buried fuel pipelines to support a new Type 3 hydrant system on NAS Whidbey Island.
  • Provide work elements which include alteration of existing fuel and electrical infrastructure; installation of storm water systems; installation of pump house building structure; installation of fuel pumps and control systems; installation of buried stainless steel fuel piping; installation of fuel hydrant pits at airfield apron and associated repairs to flight line pavements; and commissioning of fuel systems.
  • Provide work restrictions for dewatering of ground/storm water requiring containment and disposal, and flight line work phasing to minimize impact to active operations.
