Requirements

  • The contractor shall furnish construction services, including all management, labor, tools, equipment, and materials, except as specified in the schedule or under task orders to be furnished by the Government, necessary or incidental to the performance of a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, in accordance with Job Order Technical Specifications. The work is required in support of the Directorate of Public Work (DPW) activities. The contract will be a best value indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract and will entail a wide variety of individual construction tasks. This contract may be modified during its term to include any changes in regulatory or statutory limitations, to include changes to the Job Ordering Contract (JOC) Guide.
