Background

The Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) CB-ISEA is structured to support multiple programs and projects through a service-based support vice a historical product-based support. The new construct aggregates resources and SME talent into a more robust and focused sustainment organization that will lead to a more efficient and effective use of current METOC programs and projects’ resources. This cultural shift in the way we do business will allow the organization to add or remove programs and projects while improving the level of service provided and progressing towards achieving the Commander’s core objectives of transforming from a large number of system-centric ISEAs to a much smaller number of CB-ISEAs that service numerous systems along groupings of common capabilities or mission areas stated above. This Statement of Work (SOW) covers primarily tasks for the METOC CB-ISEA projects, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems, and Expeditionary and Joint systems. The METOC CB-ISEA is responsible for the life cycle sustainment of fielded systems through End-of-Life (EOL) and to ensure all systems are operationally capable to meet their intended mission requirements.

Requirements

  • Provide In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) activities for the Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) systems assigned to the METOC CB-ISEA and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems, projects and tasking engaged in worldwide operations, ashore and afloat.
