Requirements

  • Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under project number 528-19-103 titled Emergency Department Improvements. The Emergency Department has a need for an improved space to administer care to patients triaged at ESI levels 3 through 5, an MRI room, and suicide prevention safety upgrades to two ER bathrooms. This requires construction of a new phlebotomy suite to allow for the ER expansion. The project also addresses the patient flow through the ER check-in desk and EMT entrance. All work will be accomplished on the Canandaigua VAMC campus as indicated in the specifications and drawings.
