  • The required technical and engineering support encompasses engineering and technical services relating to the electromagnetic spectrum compatibility, test, certification, evaluation, analyses, regulations, hardware, and software tools. The software tools include, but are not limited to, the Real-Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO) software program, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Programs (NEOP), and other custom spectrum tools.
