Requirements

The work consists of providing labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to inspect, test, troubleshoot, construct, and maintain and repair electrical systems on Joint Base McGuire/Dix/Lakehurst.

The work may include, but is not limited to: providing inspection, testing, construction, maintenance, repair, demolition and replacement of electrical systems for Underground primary medium voltage (MV) electrical power distribution systems including pad mounted switchgear, pad mounted transformers and Coordinated Power System Protection, Utility electric service connection to facilities, interior electrical power distribution system in facilities, interior lighting systems in facilities, exterior lighting systems, fire alarm systems, voice and data cabling in facilities, and lighting protection system.
