EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Requirements

  • This project is to facilitate the construction of two (2) new Telecommunication Rooms (TRs) in the NE and SW interior courtyard areas at the Viera VA Clinic. New (TRs) shall be designed in accordance with all applicable design criteria and building codes including VA Technical Information Library (TIL), OEHRM and DCIE infrastructure requirements. New TRs designs shall be compatible and complementary with the existing architectural features and design considerations of the Clinic facility. This project also includes all necessary work to reconfigure existing courtyards and any other impacted areas, as required, to support the new TR construction including but not limited to potential new landscaping, walkways, lighting, irrigation, and access door relocations.
