Requirements

  • Based on advanced planning efforts, OBO is pursuing a renovation, addition, and/or selective improvements to increase the area of CAA space to meet current program requirements, correct tight size office conditions, correct security and zone of control deficiencies identified in a 2014 OIG Report
  • It is anticipated that the design solution will require the construction of new CAA space to the northwest of, and connecting to, the existing chancery
  • The expansion will include a new, properly sized core space and new office space per the Space Requirements Program
