Requirements

  • Construct a water distribution infrastructure for potable and non-potable water from Wells to the Permanent Exercise Complex (PEC) and to the Range Support Complex (RSC) within the Northwest Development Area (NWDA) of Melrose Air Force Range (MAFR). The scope also includes the installation of water filtration/disinfection systems to serve the future occupants of the RSC and the users of the Sanitary Latrine and Storage (SLS) Facility. Also, construct potable water supply infrastructure to the Missile Engagement Simulation Arena (Mesa) on Melrose Air Force Range to support the Range Control Tower, the Ground Electronics Combat Control Operations area, and to fill the Fire Suppression Tanks. The project will include supply pipe, storage and transfer tanks, booster pumps, a dedicated supply well, and all other associated supporting facilities.
