Requirements

The Contractor shall provide CS Engineering support to NSWCDD, NSWCDD DNA, associated partners (both afloat and ashore) and sponsors.  Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following disciplines and tasks:

  • Cyber Engineering and Analysis
    • Incorporate Cyber Security into all aspects of the system lifecycle by analyzing proposed system designs, identifying requirements, analyzing deficiencies in existing requirements, identifying technical solutions for meeting identified requirements, analyzing existing designs and identifying more robust alternatives to the design, and implementing design changes. This will include application of defensive functions (e.g., encryption, access, control, and identity management)
  • Test and Evaluation (T&E)
    • Develop and conduct tests to evaluate compliance with CS specifications and requirements
    • Test planning, execution, reporting and debriefing
