Background

Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services (E2S2) Division seeks to execute cyber engineering, operations, and security support tasking for the following Integrated Product Teams (IPT):

a. Enterprise Infrastructure Modernization (EIM) IPT
b. Enterprise Communications Infrastructure (ECI) IPT
c. Wireless Enterprise Systems and Services (WES2) IPT
d. Enterprise Engineering and Integration Services (E2IS) IPT

NIWC Atlantic provides design, acquisition, and sustainment services for Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Information Technology (IT) systems. These IT systems provide enterprise IT services; data hosting; lifecycle planning and sustainment support; enterprise networking services (Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), and Base Area Network (BAN) connectivity; expeditionary communications services; garrison communications infrastructure; and logistics lifecycle planning and sustainment for expeditionary forces worldwide. NIWC Atlantic E2S2 Division provides technical capability to deliver and sustain cyber-secure systems, networks, and services that enable USMC Information Warfare (IW) superiority by providing IT infrastructure procurement, integration and delivery along with technology roadmaps for modernization efforts of enterprise network infrastructure, cloud architectures and application migration.

Requirements

  • The scope of this task order will include the architecture, engineering, functionality, interface and interoperability of cyber engineering, operations, and security support services, maintenance, and capabilities at the tactical, operational and strategic levels, to include all enabling technologies associated with the full system lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (C5ISR) information technology and weapon systems.
