Certified Cost & Pricing Data is not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Textile Testing, Government First Article and Production Lot Testing are required. This is a Life Support Item, therefore Surplus Material will not be accepted for this procurement. This NSN is being set-aside for 100% Small Businesses only, offers from Small Businesses will only be considered. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. FOB: Destination, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. No surplus material will be accepted.
