Requirements

  • Contractor shall supply all materials, supervision, and labor to complete Project 679-21-102 Correct Failing Sanitary Sewer, Water Main, and Fire Protection Deficiencies, per contract drawings and specifications. Work includes the repair/replace, upgrade, or improve existing domestic water main, sanitary, storm, and fire piping and piping components throughout the campus, interior of buildings, and exterior of buildings. This work will include all trades necessary to provide a finished work environment including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, general construction, fire piping, HVAC, and other tasks. In addition to the above requirements, the Contractor shall abide by all VA safety rules and regulations, and ensure work is compliant with applicable NFPA, EPA, and NEC codes.
