  • Contractor shall complete the demolition and remodeling of an inpatient wing. A general description of work includes demolition of existing walls, finishes, mep, fp, and other items to support new work along with minor asbestos abatement as deemed necessary by the asbestos report. New work includes new walls, interior finishes, millwork, doors, frames, hardware, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, access control, and other systems. At the James a. Haley VA hospital, located at 13000 Bruce b. Downs boulevard, Tampa, Florida as required by the drawings and specifications that will be included in the acquisition package.
