  • On-going facility support for general construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair, demolition and new construction of buildings, facilities and real property for the following VISN 1 VA Facilities:
    • VA Togus, Maine
    • VA White River Junction, Vermont
    • VA Manchester, New Hampshire
    • VA Central Western MA, Northampton, Massachusetts
    • Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans Memorial Hospital, Bedford, MA
    • VA Boston Health Care System, MA, including the Brockton Campus, the Jamaica Plain Campus, and the West Roxbury Campus
    • VA Providence, RI
    • VA Connecticut Health Care System, including the West Haven Campus, and the Newington Campus
    • Any Community Based Outpatient Clinics located within VISN 1
    • Any other VA facility and/or location within the New England Healthcare System.
  • The services for this project will include providing all construction related services such as: providing labor, materials and equipment required to complete the project as per contract documents.
