Requirements

  • This project is to provide comprehensive Design Build services to Construct Parking Structure Replacing Expiring Lease. The new parking structure includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, administrative support, and any necessary professional engineering services required for the Design Build effort described therein. The purpose of this project is to construct a 350 spaces parking structure on the Martinez Campus. Construction will be on an existing parking lot with expected loss of 100 spaces to construction. Project will also result in the demolition of deficient temporary buildings, Building AB-5, AB-6, and AB-7. By the time of demolition these buildings will be empty/vacant.
