Requirements

  • For the purposes of this project, “mechanical construction” is defined as work primarily on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) or plumbing (including but not limited to sanitary, domestic water, fire protection plumbing, and/or medical gas/vac) and steam distribution systems. Work under this contract may include minor electrical, or general construction work incidental to making the mechanical systems identified in the task order operational.
