The required quantity is 5 each, with price breaks 6-8 each to be shipped to NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5002. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. The required delivery time is 800 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small businesses. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about Tuesday, 22 April 2025 (05/22/2025). Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and socioeconomic factors.
