Requirements

  • The Contractor must furnish all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, parts, and related services, in accordance with the SOW (Statement of Work), drawings, and specifications to upgrade the main Chiller plant mechanical infrastructure by replacing the aged Trane chillers with newer more energy efficient chillers with newer control cabinets and replacing the age cooling towers with newer more energy efficient cooling towers. Electronic (.pdf) copies of drawings and specifications to this work will be furnished by VA upon Contractor’s written request to the Contracting Officer (CO). Hard copies of SOW, drawings, and specifications must be the Contractor’s responsibility and expense. Contractor is responsible to verify existing and new dimensions, locations, and quantities to complete this project located on JLM (John Michael L. McClellan(JLM), VAMC at the Veterans Hospital, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
