Requirements

  • Construct addition to the existing Child Development Center (CDC). The addition will focus on providing additional Child Activity Rooms (CAR) and include supporting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, support and circulation spaces. The CAR spaces will include infant rooms and pre-toddler spaces. The construction design will be provided once qualified sources have been selected to bid on this project.
