Background

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) contractors capable of performing the full range of construction services.

BIA currently manages 47 million gross square feet of space encompassing 7,452 buildings. These buildings sites are located at schools, agencies and detention centers in various regions nationwide, which include many remote sites.

Requirements

The MATOC Contractors will perform:

  • Design/build
  • Performance-based construction
  • Design-bid-build, and modular/offsite design-build contracts for general construction, renovations, demolition, environmental and hazardous material remediation alterations for the DOI BIA in the Great Plains Region
