Requirements

  • The United States Army Reserve (USAR) requires heavy metal sampling and mitigation at multiple of its facilities nationwide to protect human health and safety. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Louisville District is executing these heavy metal sampling and mitigation requirements in support of USAR in accordance with federal requirements. This Environmental Services Contract (ERSC) provides the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) with the capabilities to provide services for heavy metal sampling and/or mitigation, and ancillary services as needed, at USAR facilities nationwide to include the Continental United States, Alaska, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • This ERSC MATOC provides capability to execute a range of environmental services in support of this mission including but not limited to remediation, start-up activities, environmental compliance, and environmental analysis. The primary objective of this contract is the remediation of heavy metals contamination in indoor environments; however, the Contractor shall provide the capability to execute this range of services for a variety of environmental projects and programs including but not limited to environmental conservation, environmental compliance, and Hazardous, Toxic and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) projects.
