Requirements

  • The resulting construction contract Contractor shall provide Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center with the proper skilled labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for the Removal and Replacement of the Laboratory Service HVAC System and Removal and Replacement of AC 9 (Ground Floor, Dental, Admin Suite, Laundry).
  • The project includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, site utilities, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction, hazardous material removal, commissioning, and certain other items as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications.
